While we send out oils with ice packs, depending on the weather, the ice packs may only last the first part of the journey. However, this is rarely an issue. We wrote a blog called Ozonated Oils and High Temperatures that can be very helpful with this.


Basically, if your oil arrives liquid it is still good. For salves you can place the jar into the refrigerator until it solidifies. Oils like castor, sunflower and hemp will always be liquid. We highly recommend the blog linked above for more information.
